We focus on early identification and intervention for behaviors that may jeopardize housing stability, such as late rental payments or lease violations.

Our team educates members on tenant rights and responsibilities while coaching them to foster positive relationships with landlords. We assist in resolving disputes, preventing eviction, and navigating the annual housing recertification process. By connecting members with community resources and providing ongoing support, we help individuals sustain their housing and live independently. .

This includes:

• Early identification & intervention for behaviors that may jeopardize housing.
• Education & training on the role, rights, and responsibilities of tenants.
• Coaching on developing and maintaining relationships with landlords.
• Assistance in resolving disputes with landlords and/or neighbors.
• Assist with annual housing recertification.
• Review, update & modify housing support / crisis plan on regular basis
• Assist with lease compliance, support with activities related to household management.
• Providing independent living/life skills
• Assistance & training with budgeting,

Services Do not include:

• Provision of room and board
